Eureka Teleconferencing has one of the most advanced teleconferencing platforms available in the world. In addition to the reliability of the platform it offers a wide range of features which can be customised to your unique requirements.  These features are available on request at no charge.

Limit parties

The number of parties which can participate in the conference can be set to a predefined limit.

Limit Duration

The duration of the conference can be set to a predefined limit. A message will be played into the conference 5 minutes prior to the time limit advising the impending closure.

Conference Quickstart

The conference will begin immediately as parties dial in regardless of whether or not a host is present.

Play First Caller Message

A special message is played to the first party to dial into the conference which tells them they are the first caller into the conference, please wait for the other parties to join.

Entry and Exit Announcements

By default, as parties enter or exit a conference a tone is played into the conference. This feature can be turned off for entry or exit or both. If used in conjunction with the Participant Name Record feature, the name of the party can be played into the conference on entry or exit or both.

Entry on Mute

Guests entering the conference will only be able to listen and not talk once they are in the conference. This prevents background noises in very large conferences.

Participant Name Record

As each participant enters the conference their spoken name will be recorded for use during the conference i.e. to announce their arrival/departure or for a roll call.

Host Disconnect

The conference will automatically end when the host disconnects.
