Eureka Teleconferenceing offers a flexible system to Record, Store and Retrieve recordings of your teleconferences, meetings or training sessions.
Your teleconferencing account can be set up so all your teleconferences are automatically recorded or the default setting allows the host to start the recording at any time during the teleconference. After the recording has been made it is stored on our servers for 6 months. This storage time can be extended upon request. The stored recordings can be accessed by the host via a web interface to distribute the recordings in a variety of ways. The recording can be accessed as follows:
- Streamed from the website
- Downloaded onto a PC in .WAV format
- Accessed via a national Toll Free number
- A link emailed to guests detailing the access phone number and replay code or web link to replay the conference
- Generate HTML code which can be imbedded onto any website which will enable the recording to be downloaded from there
