Overview

Eureka Conferencing offers a flexible system to record, store, and retrieve recordings of your teleconferences, meetings, or training sessions.

Automatic or On Demand Recording

  • Your teleconferencing account can be set up so all your teleconferences are automatically recorded, or the default setting allows the host to start the recording at any time during the teleconference.

Where is my recording stored?

  • After the recording has been made, it is stored on our servers for 28 days.

How do I access my stored recordings?

We have some exciting news - our recording platform is on a new system! This change means that all recordings will be held securely within our system and provide you more control over your recordings.

   
  As the Host you can access your recording via Recording Administration Tool.

What information do I need?

To access the new recordings portal, you will need to use your Web Room No. and Host Code.  Please call us if you need further information.
