How to get support

Our operators provide in-conference assistance during business hours (8am-6pm Mon-Fri). All you need to do is press *0*0. You can also call us 24/7 on 1300 857 032 for support.

I, or my participants, can't dial into conference

Depending on where you are located, and whether you are calling from a landline or a mobile phone, some phone carriers may bar international toll-free calls, which will prevent you from dialling into conference.

If you are unable to get into conference, you can dial our global international access number: +61 2 9009 0857.

My access codes aren't working

If you are unable to access your conference using your access codes, please try to enter your access code slowly (1 digit per second). Depending on the phone you are using, it may not register the tones correctly if you enter it quickly.

If you are still unable to get into conference with your access codes, during business hours you can dial *0*0 to speak to an operator or call our support team on 1300 857 032.

How to record a teleconference

Recording your conference is charged at $20 per recording. You can manually record your teleconference by dialling *2*1 on your telephone keypad.

Alternatively, you can contact us on 1300 857  032 to set up automatic record for all your teleconferences.

Web Conferencing with 

Hosting or joining a conference

Follow these simple steps to host or join a conference:

1. Log in to by visiting
2. Enter your first name and last name in the appropriate fields.
3. If you are the host: Enter your Host Code in the ‘Conference code’ field and click the submit button. You will have received this when you created an account.
Lost your conferencing codes? Click here and we will re-send them to you. 
If you are the guest: Enter your host's Guest Code in the 'Conference code' field and click the submit button. Your host will be able to provide this to you.

How to screen share

Before you start screen sharing, please download the Screen Sharing Chrome Extension.

1. When you're in a conference, click on the screen share button in the bottom left of the interface.

2. A window will open prompting you to choose which screen or application you would like to share. Make your selection and click share.

3. Once you begin screen sharing, the button in the bottom tab will go pink. Clicking on this button again will stop your screen share. You can also stop screen sharing by clicking the stop sharing pop up at the bottom of your screen.
