Before your teleconference

Sign up for a Eureka Conferencing account

Create an account for 7 days of free conferencing today. Click here to create an account if you haven't already.

Distribute teleconference details to your guests

Invite your guests to the meeting. Make sure to include the date and time, dial-in numbers list and guest code.

During your teleconference 

Joining the teleconference

Using your mobile or landline, dial the number relevant to your location. Download the dial-in list here.

Record the teleconference

The meeting host can begin recording by dialling *2*1 on their keypad. Download recordings within 28 days.

Use keypad shortcuts

Enhance your conference by using shortcuts such as locking your conference or taking a roll call. Download the list here.

Ask for assistance if needed

In-conference support is available during business hours by dialling *0*0. After hours call 1300 857 032.

 

After your teleconference

If you *recorded your teleconference you will be able to download your recording for 28 days following the conference.
The recording can be embedded onto your website or distributed to your guests.  Learn more about recording your teleconference.
